Capabilities

Concept to dispatch, under one roof

Design & R&D, precision fabrication, in-house surface finishing, and QC-gated assembly — one accountable partner instead of five vendors to manage.

01 — Design & R&D

Design-for-manufacture, from the first drawing

DFM REVIEW

Drawing review

Every incoming drawing is checked for manufacturability before it's quoted — catching issues before the first cut, not after.

CAD/CAM

CATIA V5 design support

In-house design engineering for enclosures, chassis and sub-assemblies, with BOM and hardware child-part structuring built in.

DOCUMENTATION

Five-document master file

Drawing, BOM, route card, inspection plan and packing spec travel with every part — nothing left to memory.

02 — Fabrication

High-tolerance sheet metal

CUTTING

3 kW laser cutting

SS304, CRCA, GI and aluminium, held to ±0.1 mm tolerance.

FORMING

80-ton CNC press brake

Precision bending for enclosures, brackets and chassis geometry.

JOINING

Laser, MIG & TIG welding

2 kW laser welding plus conventional MIG/TIG for structural and cosmetic joins.

HARDWARE

Drilling, tapping & inserts

Clinch-nut insertion and threaded hardware fitted in-house, not outsourced.

03 — Surface finishing

Complete powder coating, in-house

Most fabricators send parts out for coating and lose a week to someone else's queue. Ours never leaves the building — so lead time, finish quality and rework all stay under our own control.

STAGE 1

7-tank pre-treatment

Degreasing, rinses, pickling, activation and zinc phosphating — each tank labelled with its chemical, concentration and dwell time at the tank itself.

STAGE 2

Cyclone-recovery spray booth

Electrostatic application with powder recovery, so colour changes are controlled and overspray is recycled rather than wasted.

STAGE 3

Gas-fired curing oven

Controlled cure cycle, followed by film-thickness and adhesion sampling at QC Gate 1 before the part moves on.

04 — Assembly & quality

Three inspection gates, every part

GATE 1 — IN-PROCESS

Line inspector

In-process checks against the drawing, plus sampling after surface treatment, before a part reaches final assembly.

GATE 2 — FINAL

100% final inspection

Every part checked against its part-specific inspection plan, then documented packing before dispatch.

GATE 3 — PDI

PDI by QA, not the line

Pre-dispatch inspection on critical-to-quality parameters, carried out by the QA Head independently of production.

TRACEABILITY

Full job-card traceability

Every lot is tracked stage by stage, so any part's history can be reconstructed on demand.

ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED 3 INSPECTION GATES PDI BY QA, NOT THE LINE LOT TRACEABILITY TO DISPATCH DIGITAL JOB CARDS
