Clinical chemistry analyser
High-throughput analyser cabinetry — outer panels, doors and internal chassis, powder coated in-house and assembled to drawing.
Precision sheet metal · Proven in IVD diagnostics, built for precision manufacturing
A design-integrated Indian manufacturer building precision enclosures, chassis and sub-assemblies for in-vitro diagnostic OEMs — from engineering drawing to inspection-certified dispatch, under one roof. The same tolerances, cleanliness and traceability serve OEMs across other precision-critical industries too.
Why Maruti
END-TO-END
Design, fabrication, welding, powder coating, assembly and inspection — a single accountable partner, one quality system.
IVD-PROVEN
Years serving in-vitro diagnostic OEMs gave us the tolerances and cleanliness diagnostics demand — a standard that transfers directly to any precision-critical sector.
TRACEABLE
Job-card traceability and 100% pre-dispatch inspection mean every part is accounted for, raw sheet to finished unit.
MADE IN INDIA
An indigenous supply source for precision components that diagnostic and other precision-equipment OEMs would otherwise import — at Indian cost and lead time.
Markets we serve
Enclosures & sub-assemblies for blood-cell counting and automated sample processing.
Structural and cover components for clinical chemistry and electrolyte platforms.
Precision housings for antigen-antibody detection and hormone-testing systems.
Fabricated assemblies for PCR and nucleic-acid amplification platforms.
What we do
01 / DESIGN
CATIA V5 design and DFM review before the first part is cut — quality designed in, not inspected in.
02 / REVERSE ENG.
Recreating and improving existing components with full master-drawing documentation.
03 / FABRICATION
High-tolerance laser, bending and welding for complex diagnostic enclosures, with in-house powder coating.
04 / ASSEMBLY
Complete mechanical sub-assembly integration, inspected and dispatch-ready.
Make in India · Import substitution
Much of the precision sheet metal inside India's diagnostic instruments has historically been imported. Maruti exists to change that — an indigenous, design-integrated source that meets demanding OEM standards at Indian cost and lead time.

On the line
Precision sheet metal for diagnostic platforms in routine production — made to the customer's drawing, inspected against their plan, dispatched with records tied to the lot.
High-throughput analyser cabinetry — outer panels, doors and internal chassis, powder coated in-house and assembled to drawing.
Compact benchtop enclosure — formed covers, structural frame and mounting brackets held to tight fit-up tolerances.
Confidentiality
We build for diagnostic OEMs — which means some of our customers compete with each other. So confidentiality here is a matter of how the floor is laid out, not a clause in a contract. Every customer runs on its own line, from drawing release to dispatch.
No drawing, sample or component leaves our floor for any third party without your written approval.
Every engagement starts with a signed NDA. We receive nothing until it is in place.
Drawings are held in locked, customer-coded storage and released to the floor only against an active job card — then returned on closure.
Your fixtures, jigs and dies sit on customer-labelled racks. Never shared, never repurposed for another programme.
Visits follow a defined route and a scheduled slot. No customer sees another customer's work in progress.
Inside the plant
Sheet stock staged on marked racks, cut to ±0.1 mm on a 3 kW fibre laser.
Every tank labelled with its chemical, concentration and dwell time — in Marathi, on the wall, where operators actually stand.
Live part-wise status visible to anyone walking the floor — no one has to ask where a job stands.
